Hotel Reservations
Hotel reservations should be made by January 5, 2010. Reservations requested after the official cut-off date are subject to availability. Be sure to ask for the NMC convention rate. You must contact the hotel directly for reservations. See link above for more information.

Short Course Enrollment Status (registration deadline January 19, 2010)
As of January 14, 2009 -- Short courses #3, #4, and #6 are full. All other short courses still have openings.

Registration Deadlines
The early-bird pre-registration deadline is January 4. After January 4, the registration fees increase $25. The final date to pre-register is January 19. Any forms received in the NMC office after January 19 will NOT be registered. After January 19, you need to register onsite (at the meeting). Please note that short course registration closes January 19, and onsite registration for short courses may not be available.

National Mastitis Research Foundation Auction
The National Mastitis Research Foundation (NMRF) will be holding a fund-raising auction during the annual meeting reception on Tuesday, February 2. The NMRF provides scholarships for graduate students to attend the NMC annual meeeting.
