How to Order Proceedings

Papers and posters presented at the 2010 NMC Annual Meeting will be published in the Annual Meeting Proceedings and distributed at the meeting. NMC members who do not attend the meeting will be mailed a copy and also receive a CD-ROM version of the proceedings. (Note: handouts from the short courses held during the meeting are not included in the proceedings.)

Additional copies of the 2010 Annual Meeting Proceedings may be purchased from the NMC office after the meeting. The price for NMC members is $19.95 plus shipping/handling (non-member price is $24.95 plus s/h). A CD-ROM of the proceedings will also be available. The price for the CD is $24.95 for NMC members and $29.95 for non-members, plus shipping/handling.

Payment may be made by check, money order or credit card (Visa and MasterCard only). When paying by credit card, be sure to include the account number and expiration date. Checks must be in US dollars and drawn on a US bank.
