Registrations
are accepted online (preferred method) or forms may be faxed/mailed to
the NMC office. Registrations are not accepted over the
phone.
Please
note: Meeting
confirmations and payment receipts will be emailed to all registrants
who provide their email address. Confirmation will NOT be mailed.
If you do not receive a confirmation -- please check your junk mail
or spam folder.

Registration
and Refund Information
- The May 27
short
courses have limited enrollment (first-come,
first-served basis) and require pre-registration and an additional
fee. The pre-registration deadline is May 20. Limited on-site registration
will be accepted ONLY if space is still available. Please check with
the NMC office after the pre-registration deadline to see if space
is available for onsite registration.
- The registration fee for short courses is $50, except for the on-farm
short course (animal welfare evaluation), which is $75.
- The May 27
reception
has no charge to meeting attendees, but requires pre-registration.
- The May 28
general
session program
does not have limited enrollment. To pre-register, forms must
be received at the NMC office by May 20. After that date, please register
onsite.
- The registration fee for the general session is $75 in advance;
$85 at the door.
- A $25 administrative
fee will be assessed on all cancellations after May 17. No refunds
after May 26. Requests must be made online or in writing.
Confirmations
and Receipts
Electronic confirmations and payment receipts are automatically emailed
to all registrants who register online. If you
mail or fax in your registration form, and want a confirmation and receipt,
you must provide your email address on your registration form.
Confirmations and receipts will not be mailed via the
postal service.
